At Flyali, we primarily provide digital flight booking services, meaning there is no physical shipping involved. However, for customers who require physical travel documents or itinerary printouts, our shipping policy is outlined below.

1. Delivery of Digital Tickets & Confirmation

  • Once a flight is booked and payment is confirmed, an e-ticket and booking confirmation will be sent via email to the address provided during checkout.
  • If you do not receive your confirmation email within 24 hours, please check your spam/junk folder or contact our support team at info@flyali.xyz or call 307-621-0431.
  • Customers can also access their booking details by logging into their Flyali account.

2. Shipping of Physical Travel Documents (If Applicable)

In cases where a customer requests a printed copy of their itinerary or travel documents, we offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping (5-7 business days) – Available within the U.S.
  • Express Shipping (2-3 business days) – Additional fees apply for expedited delivery.
  • International Shipping – Available upon request and subject to carrier availability.

3. Shipping Fees & Responsibility

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before completing the purchase.
  • Flyali is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer, or force majeure events.

4. Address Accuracy

  • Customers must ensure that their shipping address is accurate and complete. Flyali is not responsible for undelivered items due to incorrect address submissions.

5. Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • If you experience delays in receiving a requested physical document, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.
  • In case of loss during transit, Flyali will work with the carrier to resolve the issue but cannot guarantee replacements for lost shipments.
